Refund Policy
We want you to feel completely confident when subscribing to Vault Passwords. This policy explains how refunds are handled — clearly, fairly, and without unnecessary friction.
1. 14-Day Unconditional Refund Window
We offer a full, unconditional refund window of exactly 14 calendar days from the initial purchase date of any Vault Passwords subscription. No reason is required — if Vault Passwords is not the right fit, you get your money back.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the 14-day window, email our support team at contact@ebtechnologyservices.com using the email address used at checkout.
3. After the 14-Day Window
After 14 days, refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page to prevent future renewals — cancellation stops billing going forward, but does not automatically refund the current period.
